SK Development and CB Developers partnered on this 60,000 square foot commercial building. Designed by Morris Adjmi, 40 Gansevoort was the first new project in the Gansevoort Market Historic District. Fashion apparel brand Theory leased the entire building prior to its completion in 2007.
